The residential area is the same business card, as its facade. This is the first thing a person sees when he approaches a new building. UKRBUD decided to completely abandon the obsolete principles of designing the territory of the complexes and connected to this team of experienced urbanists. Collaboration with architects of urban space allows not only to provide the buildings with "mandatory set" - access roads and spacious parking lots, lawns and flower beds, children's and sports grounds, recreation areas with street furniture and hiking trails. An urbanistic approach to landscaping ensures that each of its elements will be located exactly where it is most in demand, and together they form a system that fully meets the needs of the inhabitants of the house.
Where technically feasible, UKRBUD also implements the European concept of a "courtyard without cars", so that the residential area becomes a comfortable and safe place for its inhabitants.
Without restricting itself beyond the bounds of the yards in an effort to make the surrounding area better, UKRBUD and the urbanists are determined to change the urban space, making it more comfortable and accessible to people of all ages and categories. As a result, joint projects with the state authorities are being initiated, which are beneficial not only for new homes, but also for all the inhabitants of the city.
